Darshit Sir Institute

About the institute

Twenty years of teaching, by one teacher.

Darshit Sir Institute has taught in Paldi, Ahmedabad since 2006. What started with school science now takes a student from Class 11 all the way to a final-year engineering degree, without ever handing them to somebody else.

The teacher

Learn directly from Darshit Bhatt.

Instrumentation and Control engineer, with a master's degree and a chartered degree.

Darshit Bhatt has taught science in Ahmedabad since 2006. He is an Instrumentation and Control engineer with a master's degree and a chartered degree, and he still teaches every batch himself.

An engineer teaching science is a different thing from a science graduate teaching science. The formulas arrive attached to the reason they exist, which is why the same teacher can take a Class 11 student through to a final-year engineering semester without handing them to anyone else.

  • Teaching in Ahmedabad since 2006, at the same Paldi centre
  • Takes every batch personally, in person and online
  • Teaches school science, entrance exams and engineering semesters

What we stand for

Three things that have not changed since 2006.

01

Concept before procedure

A student who understands why a formula exists does not need to memorise when to use it. Every chapter starts with the reason, then the method, then the practice.

02

One teacher, every batch

Darshit Sir has taught here since 2006 and still takes every batch himself. There is no rotating panel of tutors and nobody you have not met.

03

Honest answers, including the hard ones

Parents are told where the student actually stands. If a target is not realistic, you will hear that here before you hear it from a result.

The method

How a class actually runs.

The same four steps, every chapter, every course, whether you are in Class 11 or the final semester of a degree.

01

Taught

The chapter is taught concept-first, in a batch small enough that a confused face is visible from the front of the room.

02

Practised

Work is written by hand in class and at home. Nothing is set that nobody reads.

03

Marked

Work is collected, marked by hand and returned, so a misunderstanding is caught in the week it appears.

04

Retested

Chapters come back in later tests. A topic is not finished the first time it is passed.

Talk to the teacher, not a counsellor.

Bring the student's last two report cards. You will get an honest read on where they stand and which batch actually helps, from the person who will do the teaching.
